1. Booking & Payment

• Select Dates: Choose your desired rental start and end dates in the calendar.

• Choose Quantity: In your cart, select how many bikes you need—whether you are riding solo or with family and friends.

• Add Cycling Gloves: You can add brand-new cycling gloves to your reservation at a special price (for hygiene reasons, we do not rent gloves, but offer them for purchase).

• Fast & Secure Payment: Complete your reservation in seconds using a credit card or instantly via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

2. Pick-Up & Return

• Pick-Up Location: Your prepared and charged e-bike will be waiting for you right at the Camping 2000 reception in Janův Důl.

• 100% Paperless: Sign the handover protocol digitally on site directly on a screen.

• Instant Email Confirmation: All signed documents will be sent straight to your email inbox immediately.

• Returning the Bike: Return the bike to the same spot (campsite reception), where staff will check its condition and you will sign a short return protocol.
